Cervus elaphus. Latin Name for Elk
La Loba was inspired by ancient myth. By piecing the bones of animals back together, La Loba "sings" the body of forest creatures back to life. The tibia of an elk was used to create a mold. Using a tibia from an elk, a master mold was made. The wax bones were then free sculpted into this radial shape, then cast into varying shades of bone colored glass.
