Daisies have long been a symbol of truth and loyal love. Not surprising, they are used in the game "loves me, loves me not". The rabbit (being lowest on the food chain) represents fear, from which the question, "Am I loved?" originated. The rabbit is waiting to see how this game is going to unfold.
