The Fruit of our Labour

Nature in all its splendor is my constant source of inspiration. This work was created to honor my husband Neil and all the work we did by developing a small permaculture farm in the Far North of New Zealand years ago, where we planted and nurtured hundreds of trees on a lifestyle block at the edge of Rangaunu harbor. The fig and the grape leaves incised on the pedestal bowl are potent Biblical symbols for peace, plenty, and contentment.
