Lampwork, This is a piece in a body of work that focused on the neuron and symbolic connection. For this particular piece I explored the feminine life force, the soft colors, the bipolar neuron shaped like an ovum, and the two female torsos where the axon terminals connect to six different neurotransmitters, dopamine, seratonin, acetylcholine, gaba, glutamate, norepinephrine.
